Park Guest House is located near the centre of the thriving market town of Abergavenny.
On the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park (The Bannau) and in the Vale of Usk, the town and its surroundings are blessed with some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK.
With its wealth of natural features, the Abergavenny area has become a popular destination for walkers and ramblers.
From the many castles nearby, dating back to when the area was hotly disputed as the border land between England and Wales, to the wonderful hills and mountains of the Brecon Beacons National Park (The Bannau).

Abergavenny itself hosts many interesting events through the year including:
- The Abergavenny Steam, Veteran & Vintage Steam rally - which takes place in Bailey Park (next door to Park Guest House)
- the Abergavenny Food Festival which takes over the whole town for a weekend every September and which won the accolade of "Greatest Event in Wales" (Wales Tourist Board 2004)
The Guardian says "Abergavenny is to food as Cannes is to film - an annual Festival for spotting rising stars in Britain's artisan food firmament"
Park Guest House is the perfect place to stay to enjoy all of these great attractions, or simply to have a relaxing weekend away from it all.
